1. Shipping Conditions and Costs

We ensure that your golf carts reach their destination safely and reliably. Our shipping service covers all of the UK. All transports are carried out by experienced logistics service providers specialized in vehicle transport.

• Standard Shipping within UK: £299.00 per golf cart.
• Standard Shipping within the EU: from €599.00, depending on destination and distance.
• Express Shipping: For urgent deliveries, we offer an express service starting at €799.00.

The shipping costs include pickup, transport, and a basic insurance. Additional services, such as on-site assembly or installation, can be booked optionally.

2. Insurance During Transport

During transport, all golf carts are covered by comprehensive transport insurance. This covers damages due to accidents, theft, or improper handling up to a value of €25,000. Upon request, you can opt for extended insurance, which covers up to €100,000.

The cost for the additional insurance is 1.5% of the declared value of the goods. Please inspect the delivery upon arrival for any damages and document them. Our customer service will support you in the swift processing of any claims.

3. Delivery Times

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The average delivery times are:

• Depending on availability, up to 90 days within UK.
• Depending on availability, up to 90 days for EU countries.
• Express shipping depending on availability.

Our team will contact you before delivery to arrange a time slot for the delivery. If delivery is not possible, please contact us in good time to arrange a new appointment.

4. Returns and Complaints

If you are not satisfied with your delivery, we offer you a straightforward return procedure. Returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving the goods. The cost of the return is borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Legal Information

Please note that golf carts intended for use on public roads require road approval. This includes turn signals, headlights, rearview mirrors, and other safety-relevant components. For use on private property, no such requirements apply.
